Must be bought with a new Jenx or Rifton product
This is a five year on-site annual inspection. The product cannot be inspected at a private address. The product must be cleaned in line with current government guidelines before inspection.
The Contract covers:
1. Annual inspection with report. This is a whole product inspection which assesses all moving and structural parts of the product along with comments on the overall condition of the product. The purchaser contacts Jenx Limited to arrange each Inspection.
2. On site call out if needed at other times in the year. This does not cover any call out where no fault is found. For example: Service personnel from Jenx arrive, after being called out, to find that the product has been used incorrectly or has not been set up or assembled correctly by the user, then a charge will be made for the visit.
The call out only covers genuine faults, not misuse, abuse or accidental damage. This is a service not an insurance.
3. Serviceline 5 does not affect the standard guarantee
4. Inspections can only be carried out in the presence of a suitably qualified person/agent employed by the owner of the product. This could be a therapist, TO or other competent person.
5. All regular maintenance checks as given in the IFU must be carried out by the purchaser and the service log must be kept up to date. This will be needed for the inspection.
6. Any replacement parts will be charged for unless under guarantee.
