• A Jenx Product Adviser or Jenx Service Technician will visit a single
site and inspect up to 5-8 items.

The product/s must be cleaned in line with current government guidelines before inspection.

The inspection involves a full inspection of the whole product to check all structural, moving and other parts. The inspection does not include repair or replacement costs. The repair/replacement of any defects/faults will be quoted for. An Order will need to be raised for any necessary work. On-site repair may be possible once the order has been received. The product must be available at the initial inspection location for repair.

A suitably qualified/competent agent of the Owner must attend the inspection and repair.
