The Rifton Blue Wave Bathing System offers a safe, secure chair to make hygiene and personal care simple for both user and carer. The system is suitable for users up to 173cm tall and 73kg in weight.

Tub and shower stands are also available, bringing the seat to a convenient height for transfers. When a bath seat and a tub stand are ordered together, the tub stand is free!

Advantages:

The chair is height and angle adjustable. The seat and back are both adjustable, even when the user is in the chair.

Covers are machine washable and available in standard vinyl-covered nylon or soft polyester-knit for those with sensitive skin or curvature of the spine.

The chair folds flat for easy storage and can be hung on a wall when not in use.

The plastic is lightweight and doesn’t mark the bath like a metal frame can.

Positioning straps and head blocks are included so that a comfortable posture can be maintained during bathing.

The seat can be used as a lounge chair as well as a bathing chair.

As the user grows it is possible to buy a conversion kit to upgrade to a larger size. This cuts the cost of updating equipment.
