beta is a modular abducted seating system. Abducted sitting helps to reduce overall tone in tight muscles & can help to prevent damage to hips in children who tend to cross their legs strongly. The resulting sitting position offers function to children along with the chance to exercise some of their weaker muscle groups.
The amount of abduction in each hip can be adjusted individually as can leg length & foot position. beta has a full range of back & seat angle adjustments to offer conventional, reclined & tilt-in-space positions.
